The Millhouse presents an evening of blues with Blokes Play Blues — Saturday 1 August, 8–10:30pm. Free entry.

Formed in mid-2022, Blokes Play Blues are six musicians from North Dorset who do exactly what it says on the tin. Blues with a jazz flavour, played by a bunch of people who know what they're doing and are clearly having the time of their lives doing it. Sax, harmonica, lead and rhythm guitars, bass, drums, and a lead singer steering the whole thing from centre stage — no fuss, no ego, just good music played well.

Fresh from the Shaftesbury Fringe, they're bringing that same energy to The Millhouse for a free Saturday night set in the heart of the old mill.

Doors open 8pm. All welcome.
