Rooms and Workshops to Let

From time to time we have rooms available to let and also the outside space known as The Compound.

Currently at 08 January 2026 we have the following coming up available to rent :

Downstairs Room : Currently used as Wine Bar and Wine retail.On front of building next to front door. Ideal for retail and room for public to visit.

Upstairs Room : Ideal as Artists studio or Makers studio.Self contained room with access to own kitchen, gallery and cafe. Accessible to public if required. Good window light.

The Compound : a very large outdoor area ideal for Campervan storage, containers or anyone wanting convenient outdoor working facilities.
